Currently Working in Childcare? Yes
Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge

Your Question?
An authorised officer from your regulatory authority us in your room as part 2 of your service's assessment process.
They have asked you to outline your program to them and wants to know how to create it, why you use this method and how it meets the standards and framework outcomes of supporting your children's developmental needs?

Outline how you would respond

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Not sure if this is on the right track or not.

The program was created by observing the children of the centre, from their basic needs and by previous experiences and input and decision making from the staff members of the room.
We use this method as we think it works best reflecting on the needs of the children and their developmental needs as well as the staff members.
It meets standards and framework outcomes of supporting children's developmental needs as we are always reflecting on it and changing as the children's development changes.

Yes you are... Although your program is not just about observing children's needs. You can also include: children's interest, parent input, child input, extension ideas etc. This may give you an idea:
